About The Summit

The 2024 HRC Women LEAD Summit will convene the national community of HRC Women LEADers for a series of trainings, workshops, and community building.

The weekend will feature key updates on HRC’s work and the movement at large, special guest speakers, personal leadership advancement, and an opportunity to build community among LGBTQ+ and allied women and non-binary leaders at HRC through spirited discussion, practical insights, and impactful networking. Participants will leave the summit firmly rooted in the HRC community with new tools in their path to personal leadership and advocacy.

We kick off the weekend on Friday afternoon and we’ll close on Sunday afternoon. Your ticket includes meals during the course of the summit, access to all daytime programming, and covers your participation at the evening receptions and dinners.

Daytime programming will be held at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, Pride Hall
1118 N McCadden Pl., Los Angeles, 90038.

SUMMIT SCHEDULE:

Note that more details will be announced in the coming months regarding programming, guest speakers and event locations.

✚ Friday January 12th -
The Summit begins at noon with daytime programming at the Los Angeles LGBT Center. We will plan to end around 4:00 pm for a break

✚ Saturday, January 13th -
Day two will kick off with breakfast and daytime programming in the morning. Programming will again conclude around 4:00 pm before we head to dinner.

✚Sunday, January 14th -
Post Summit Farewell Brunch at 10am - Join us to celebrate community with brunch at an LA LGBTQ+ staple gay bar.

✚(Optional) Monday, January 15th -
For MLK Day of Service, if you choose to stay in town, join summit attendees and the local HRC LA community for MLK day of service activities.
