Global Small Grants Program

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation launched its Global Small Grants Program in 2020, in order to support efforts to strengthen the global equality movement. In its inaugural year, each grant recipient received a small grant to fund programs that fostered virtual programming in a COVID-19 environment; or boosted initiatives on building allies among communities of faith or in business.

Since then, the program has awarded 60 grants to LGBTQ+ advocates around the world. The grants support alumni of HRC’s global programs—a network of some 200 LGBTQ advocates in almost 100 countries. All HRC Global Alumni are invited to apply for our Small Grants Program.

Please re-visit this page in September 2023 for details about our next round of grants.
