The Transgender First Scholarship is the first national scholarship exclusively dedicated to helping underserved Transgender students get affordable access to a college education. We’re outspoken critics of the complexity involved with modern applications, and are determined to make it more available, real, and simple for transgender students. The scholarship awards $2,500 annually to those who identify as transgender, plan to pursue or are currently pursing a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution, have a high school diploma or GED and are a U.S. citizen. *Must identify as Transgender or Non-Binary

The Tang Scholarship Will open in a new window

For Asian/Pacific Islander youth, self-identified as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender with demonstrated involvement in the LGBT community. This scholarship is to help GLBT youth proudly achieve educational pursuits and dreams without shame. This scholarship awards up to four outstanding students annually, a scholarship of up to $15,000. These scholarships are renewable for a maximum of three additional years (for a total of four years), provided each student annually meets the renewal requirements.

LGBT Community Center Greater Cleveland - Any eligible candidate with a relationship to the LGBTQ+ community is invited to apply; this means LGBTQ-identified, ally, or family and/or friend of LGBTQ-individuals.
