Provides financial support to meritorious students who demonstrate positive sensitivity to and involvement in LGBT issues. To be eligible, applicants must be full- or part-time undergraduate students who are in good academic standing and demonstrate financial need.

This endowed scholarship is to support students at WSU who identify as a sexual or gender minority as well as their allies. The goal of this scholarship is to educate individuals about issues concerning sexual and gender minorities and to create an atmosphere of support and nurturing for all students at WSU.**Applications are requested.

This fund is established to recognize scholastic achievement, to encourage continued progress, and to provide assistance to students in financing their education in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Student must be full-time undergraduate student enrolled in the Junior Year in Munich Program with a minimum 3.0 GPA in the student’s major. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Awarded to select students who are able to demonstrate their support of a marginalized group and/or participation in an organization representing a marginalized group. Students must demonstrate financial need through completion of the FAFSA (or FAFSA Forecaster). Priority deadline for the application is February 15, we will continue to award until funds are exhausted. To renew this scholarship (up to four consecutive years), recipients must be enrolled as a full-time student at Washburn University, maintain a 2.00+ GPA, continue to demonstrate financial need, and complete a minimum of 24 credit hours each academic year. **Deadline varies
