Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship

The Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship is a merit-based program which means financial need is not considered. The selection of the winner is made by an independent panel of judges and is based primarily on the quality of the submitted personal statement. Past academic performance (e.g. grades and standardized test scores) are not considered. The goal is to create a level field where students have complete control over their applications and are not given an advantage or disadvantage based on financial or academic circumstances.The scholarship is open to 9th-12th grade high school, college, or graduate student including adult students.

Folisi & Goodwin Scholarship in Memory of Ray Williams

The Gamma Mu Scholarships Program provides support to gay men who want to further their education at a college, university, or vocational or professional training program. In addition, effective 2016, the Gamma Mu Scholarship Program will award one scholarship annually (“The Folisi & Goodwin Scholarship in Memory of Ray Williams”) to a student from the broader LGBT community. These programs support a wide range of educational options, including vocational and technical training, associate, bachelors and graduate degrees. The Foundation will not fund online education degree programs. Scholarships are offered for full-time study beginning at an accredited institution or program of the student's choice.
