GSBA supports LGBTQ+ and allied students who demonstrate the vision and the ability to truly make a difference in the world. With a GSBA scholarship, students are able to focus more wholly on their academic pursuits. With the financial burden lightened, they are able to work one less job, avoid debt, and involve themselves in community activities. This is a community effort! With a GSBA scholarship, we are supporting students with their educational pursuits, who will in turn lead an equitable future. We need you to join us in supporting tomorrow’s leaders today. Opens on Coming Out Day, October 11, each year. Preference is given to students who identify as LGBTQIA+, are members of LGBTQIA+ families, or are cisgender/straight allies who have demonstrated active support of the LGBTQIA+ community. Applicants must be pursuing a certificate program or undergraduate degree – Associate’s or Bachelor’s. Students should be enrolled in a community college, four-year public or private college or university, or vocational/technical/trade program. Current college students and those individuals planning to enroll in a program in the next academic year are eligible. This includes current high school seniors.
