The Veronica Marcum Scholarship Fund was created by Candy Marcum and Carolyn Hall, long-time leaders in the LGBT equality movement, to honor Candy’s mother, Veronica Marcum. Foundation Scholarships are available to Texas students studying at any accredited school or certificate program. Preference is given to students who self-identify as LGBT, members of LGBT families, or allies who demonstrate significant activities in support of LGBT equality. ** Applicants must be Texas resident.
