Methodist Minister from Baltimore allowed to keep his job

Rev. Drew Phoenix, United Methodist Minister of St. John's in Baltimore is allowed to keep his post according to the United Methodist Judicial Council. The council ruled that &quota clergyperson in good standing cannot have that standing changed without being accorded fair process.''Council stopped short of addressing whether a change of gender violates the denomination's rules.
