HRC VirginiaIn just the first 3 days of session, 10 anti-LGBT bills were introduced in Virginia, including a horrific anti-trans bathroom bill. On March 30, Gov. Terry McAuliffe vetoed SB 41, a harmful bill that would have allowed taxpayer-funded agencies and service providers to discriminate against LGBT people.
