Criteria 3 aims to foster a workplace where everyone feels valued and able to contribute as their full selves. These workplace practices intend to support inclusion and engagement, helping all employees feel valued and able to contribute effectively at work.

Criteria 4 of the CEI examines how organizations align workplace practices and business operations with broader commitments to inclusion and employee engagement.
