ELÉVATE, el nuevo programa de nuestra Iniciativa de Justicia Trans, promueve el liderazgo de las personas trans y no binarias hispanohablantes por poner en contacto a los miembros de la comunidad e invirtiendo en su desarrollo profesional y sus capacidades de liderazgo.

Our Trans Justice Initiative’s all-new ELÉVATE Program advances the leadership of Spanish-speaking trans and nonbinary folks by connecting the community members and investing in their professional development and leadership skills.

ELÉVATE consistirá en una formación en persona de todo el día en Orlando, Florida. La experiencia ocurrirá en español e inglés, por lo que todos los becarios deberán hablar español con fluidez.

Esta cohorte consiste de 8-10 becarios, quienes se reunirán el 30 de septiembre con una cena de bienvenida el 29 de septiembre. Además del currículo de la cohorte, los becarios recibirán un estipendio de $500, alojamiento, y comidas el sábado.

Cultivar líderes hispanohablantes

ELÉVATE will consistent of a full-day, in-person training in Orlando, Florida. The entire cohort experience will be in Spanish and English, requiring all fellows to be fluent in Spanish.

This cohort consists of 8-10 fellows, convening on September 30 with a welcome dinner on September 29. Beyond the cohort-based curriculum, fellows will receive a $500 stipend, and lodging, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday.
