WASHINGTON – Just over one month ago, Oscar-winner Dustin Lance Black and his boyfriend, champion English diver Tom Daley partnered with Omaze for a contest to raise money for two organizations close to their hearts: the Human Rights Campaign, the nation’s largest LGBT civil rights organization, and the Brain Tumour Charity. With only one day left in the contest, Black and Daley have raised over $200,000. With a $10 entry, contestants enter to win a trip to London to join Tom Daley and Lance Black for a double date.
Earlier this week, the couple shared a new video urging their fans and followers on social media who hadn’t yet entered to participate. A goal of $225,000 has been set as the final number to reach at the end of the contest.
The winner and a guest will spend the morning poolside with Lance while they cheer on Tom at diving practice. Next, they’ll explore the city, from ice-skating at Somerset House to High Tea at The Ritz. Later the lucky pair will have a chance to take the best selfie atop the iconic London Eye. After sightseeing, they’ll have a professional styling session to join Tom and Lance for dinner at one of the best restaurants in Town.

The Human Rights Campaign is America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality. HRC envisions a world where LGBT people are embraced as full members of society at home, at work and in every community.
