Human Rights Campaign Honors Akin Gump with Ally of Justice Award

WASHINGTON - The Human Rights Campaign, the nation's largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender civil rights organization, today announced that Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, a leading international law firm, has been named the recipient of the 2008 "Ally of Justice" award. The annual award recognizes outstanding contributions to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community through pro bono service to HRC.
