On Tuesday, November 7, pro-equality voters have a clear choice for the next Atlanta mayor. Cathy Woolard has spent her life’s work #FightingForAtlanta and has proven her commitment to equality for ALL Atlantans. Woolard is the clear choice to continue moving Atlanta forward as a welcoming and inclusive city.
With so many candidates vying for the mayoral seat, this election could come down to a small number of voters, and your vote for equality could make all the difference. HRC, along with our friends at Georgia Equality, endorsed Woolard for Atlanta mayor and urge you to do the same by casting your vote for Woolard on Tuesday.
Our friends at Georgia Equality have endorsed a slate of pro-equality district council and school board candidates.
If you live in Fulton or Dekalb County, here’s key information to keep in mind before you head to the polls:
We believe in Woolard’s proven committment to LGBTQ equality and standing up for ALL Atlantans. If you live in or near Atlanta and would like to join HRC volunteer efforts, contact HRC Regional Field Organizer, Hope Jackson at hope.jackson@hrc.org.
