National Dinner Raffle Official Rules

Drawing is sponsored by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, a charitable organization incorporated in the District of Columbia and registered as a 501(c)(3) entity (“HRCF”). Participants must be legal residents of the United States, age 21 or older and must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license in order to enter. HRCF and Lexus employees (and any of their immediate family members) may participate in the Drawing. Drawing entry ends upon the sale of 1,500 tickets or by approximately 9 p.m. EST on September 13, 2025, whichever comes first. Prize Vehicle Winner will be randomly drawn at approximately 9:00 p.m. EST from all Drawing tickets purchased. If not present at the Drawing, Prize Vehicle Winner will be notified by phone according to the contact information provided on the randomly drawn Drawing ticket. These Official Rules and Prize Vehicle description may be obtained at www.hrcnationaldinner.org/raffle. Depiction of Prize Vehicle in advertising or promotional materials for the Drawing may not reflect the actual Prize Vehicle to be delivered to Prize Vehicle Winner. All proceeds from the Drawing will be put towards the charitable endeavors of HRCF. Money given to HRCF is not tax deductible if exchanged for a Drawing ticket. There is no limit to the number of Drawing tickets an individual may purchase, up to the maximum number of Drawing tickets available (1,500). No additional purchase is necessary upon purchase of Drawing ticket. Drawing ticket sales are non-refundable. Odds of winning are approximately 1:1500. 

The depiction of the Prize Vehicle in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual Prize Vehicle delivered to the Prize Vehicle Winner. Lexus will determine all features of Prize Vehicle, including, but not limited to, color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by Prize Vehicle Winner. Prize Vehicle Winner must be a U.S. licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of valid U.S. driver’s license and legally required insurance at time of delivery (or an alternative winner shall be selected if applicable and the original winner’s rights to the Prize Vehicle shall be automatically forfeited). Prize Vehicle Winner is responsible for title, applicable taxes, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with Prize Vehicle. Lexus shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the Prize Vehicle provided pursuant to the Drawing and/or any person’s participation in the Drawing; provided, however, that Lexus shall be solely responsible for any express-written limited warranties specifically set forth in the applicable Owner's Guide for the Prize Vehicle. Prize Vehicle Winner must take delivery of Prize Vehicle from the automobile dealership designated by Lexus. Lexus shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the Prize Vehicle, and delivery is subject to availability. Lexus, however, shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the Prize Vehicle within one hundred twenty (120) days of completion of verification process. The Prize Vehicle Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Prize Vehicle after it has been delivered to the specified delivery site. The Prize Vehicle Winner must personally retrieve the Prize Vehicle within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery. Prize Vehicle is non transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except as provided herein at the sole discretion of Lexus. Lexus reserves the right to substitute the Prize Vehicle for one of comparable or greater ARV, at its sole discretion. Prize Vehicle Winner is responsible for all taxes and other costs and fees associated with Prize Vehicle receipt and/or use not specified herein as being awarded. Prize Vehicle Winner must take delivery of Prize Vehicle from the automobile dealership designated by Lexus. The Prize Vehicle Winner must comply with all applicable laws and pay all income tax, sales tax, license, title and registration fees and any other costs and/or third-party fees associated with acceptance and use of the Prize Vehicle, including without limitation any travel or transportation costs associated with winning and accepting the Prize Vehicle. Prize Vehicle Winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and (where legal) a Publicity Release, and, a W9 Form, which must be returned within the time period specified by HRCF or an alternate winner may be randomly drawn from remaining eligible Drawing tickets. By law, HRCF will provide the Prize Vehicle Winner with an appropriate Internal Revenue Service Form W-2G that will indicate that the Prize Vehicle Winner has received income in the form and in the ARV of the Prize Vehicle and the required federal income tax will be paid by Prize Vehicle Winner upon acceptance of the Prize Vehicle. HRCF reserves the right to modify or cancel this Drawing at any time. 

Participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of HRCF and agree to release HRCF and Lexus and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and all other businesses involved in this Drawing, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each (the “Released Parties”), from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the Drawing, and the acceptance and use/misuse of any element of the Prize Vehicle offered. Prize Vehicle Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Drawing or use/misuse or redemption of the Prize Vehicle. HRCF is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Drawing or in the announcement of the Prize Vehicle Winner.
