Vehicle is shown with optional equipment and is not actual prize vehicle. All proceeds from the raffle will be put towards the charitable endeavors of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. Money given to HRCF is not tax deductible if exchanged for a raffle ticket. Winner must take delivery of the prize from the automobile dealership designated by Lexus. The winner must comply with all applicable laws and pay all income tax, sales tax, license, title and registration fees and any other costs and/or third party fees associated with acceptance and use of the raffle prize, including without limitation any travel or transportation costs associated with winning the Vehicle. Participants in raffle hereby release Lexus and its dealers from all liability therefore. Lexus shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the prize vehicle provided pursuant to the raffle and/or any person’s participation in the raffle; provided, however, that Lexus shall be solely responsible for any express-written limited warranties specifically set forth in the applicable Owner’s Guide for the prize vehicle. By law, HRCF will provide the raffle winner with an appropriate Internal Revenue Service Form W-2G that will indicate the raffle winner has received income in the amount of the fair market value of the Vehicle and collect the required federal income tax. HRCF reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotional event/raffle at any time. No Human Rights Campaign employees or spouses, Human Rights Campaign Foundation employees or spouses or Lexus employees or the immediate families of Lexus employees may participate.
