Taylor N.T. Brown

HRC Global Senior Manager

Taylor N. T. Brown is a senior manager with the Human Rights Campaign's Global team. He serves as the point person on developments in LGBTQ equality worldwide and helps manage research and capacity-building programs aimed at ensuring the rights and well-being of LGBTQ communities globally.

Prior to HRC, Taylor served as a project manager and policy analyst at the Williams Institute where he led, managed, and supported domestic and international research addressing sexual orientation and gender identity in public policy. In this role, he published on a range of topics related to LGBTQ populations, including public opinion, demography, public health, marriage, and discrimination, supported the development of data collection best practices, and contributed to knowledge-sharing on LGBTQ-related topics.

Taylor has previously worked at AMIDEAST and the Miller Center for Public Affairs and interned with the U.S. Department of State. He holds a Master of Public Policy degree and B.A. in Foreign Affairs from The University of Virginia.
