It is more important than ever to recognize the importance of using both protest and the ballot box to make our voices heard in this upcoming election, the most important of our lifetimes. We have a stark choice to make this year: Elect a pro-equality champion as president, or face four more years of a Trump-Pence administration that has attacked LGBTQ people at every opportunity.
HRC President Alphonso David teamed up with actor, singer and activist Billy Porter to encourage everyone to vote this year. The video features Porter's new cover of the protest anthem, "For What It's Worth." “For What It’s Worth” was originally written by Stephen Stills in 1966, at the height of the civil rights movement.
