This Giving Tuesday, consider supporting HRC’s ongoing fight for full LGBTQ equality.

This Giving Tuesday, consider supporting HRC’s ongoing fight for full LGBTQ equality. Giving Tuesday is a global day that encourages giving back to your community — with time, a donation, a gift or speaking up on important issues. This year, check out six ways you can support HRC:

  1. Make a purchase from J.Crew’s “Love Is The Way” collection

This year, J.Crew is donating 100% of the retail price of their “Love Is The Way” and “Love First” collections back to HRC — not only on Giving Tuesday, but the following Wednesday and Thursday too. Check out the line of products here.

  1. Make a purchase from Madewell’s “Love To All” collection

Madewell is also participating in a three-day, 100 percent giveback on their “Love To All” line. Check out their collection here, and if you aren’t able to purchase something by Thursday, don’t worry … J.Crew and Madewell both donate 50 percent of the retail price from these collections to HRC every other day of the year.

  1. Make a purchase from the Williams Sonoma “Love is Love” collection.

Speaking of another 50 percent giveback to HRC, the “Love is Love” collection from Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and West Elm is another great way to support HRC this Giving Tuesday. The collection — featuring mugs, holiday ornaments, tea towels, and more — is an ever-popular gift during the holiday season.

  1. Donate today — your gift will be matched by an anonymous donor

Consider joining our monthly giving program, HRC Partners. This Giving Tuesday only, you can make an extra impact: donate $10 and an anonymous donor will donate $100 in your honor.

  1. Become a member of HRC’s Federal Club

Despite the historic victories achieved by HRC-backed, LGBTQ candidates and allies in the midterm elections, we still have so much work in order to achieve full LGBTQ equality. On this Giving Tuesday, consider supporting our work by becoming a member of HRC’s Federal Club. Membership starts at just $100 a month, and your investment will ensure that HRC’s work of changing hearts and minds will continue for years to come.

6. Start your own Facebook fundraiser

It's simple: All you need is a Facebook account and a fundraising goal — then, you create your own fundraiser to benefit HRC and prompt your network to donate whatever they can. Try setting up your own and share it today.
