#AM_Equality: 50 days until the Nov elections; HRC President Alphonso David speaks with Paypal CEO Dan Schulman on identity & intersectionality

50 DAYS

Today, HRC marks 50 days until the critical November elections. HRC has been investing at record-high levels in priority states across the country to be the margin of victory where it matters most. To learn more, visit HRC.org/Vote.

  • Last week, HRC announced that we’ll be adding over 100 staff across the country dedicated to mobilizing and turning out 57 million “Equality Voters” that will make the difference in the Presidential, U.S. Senate, U.S. House, and state-level elections.
  • HRC isn’t letting up on our engagement and mobilization efforts either. While in person organizing has been limited by the COVID-19 pandemic, HRC has embraced digital organizing, launching a new tool called TEAM which allows our broad network of volunteers and steering committees to engage their networks personally, as well as hundreds of virtual phone banks and text banks to engage pro-equality voters.
