Today, YouTube star Raymond Braun released a video featuring an interview with Jim Obergefell.

Obergefell, the named plaintiff in Obergefell v. Hodges, the historic U.S. Supreme Court case that could bring nationwide marriage equality, shared his story and his hopes for the future.

“I’m excited. I can’t believe it’s almost here,” Jim said. “I’m here for John. I’m here for us. I want to hear them say in Court, ‘You are not a second-class citizen.’  I can rest easy knowing that John’s last official record as a person can never be changed by the state of Ohio.”

With only two scheduled days for the Supreme Court to decide on Obergefell v. Hodges (June 26 and 29), now is the time to stand on the right side of history.
