THE EPIDEMIC OF VIOLENCE AGAINST BLACK TRANSGENDER WOMEN MUST CEASE: Bailey Reeves, a Black transgender teen, was killed over Labor Day weekend in Baltimore, and was remembered at a vigil on Friday evening.
