SOUTH DAKOTA ANTI-TRANSGENDER DISCRIMINATION CASE DISMISSED AFTER PLAINTIFF’S DEATH: Terri Bruce, a transgender man, alleged the state violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 because the state health insurance policy denied coverage of medically-necessary transition-related care.
