Massachusetts Marriage/Relationship Recognition Law
On May 17, 2004, marriage licenses began to be issued to same-sex couples in Massachusetts.
Massachusetts HB 1728
Would expand existing hate crimes and anti-discrimination laws to prohibit discrimination in employment, places of public accommodation, real estate, and education based on gender identity or expression.
