This bill would provide that civil unions and same-sex marriages entered into outside the state are not legally valid in New Hampshire.

Would amend insurance law to prohibit insurers from refusing to insure risks solely because of civil union status.

This bill would require insurance coverage for the cost of hormone treatment drugs for "transsexuals".

This bill would require schools to obtain written consent from a parent or guardian before providing human sexuality instruction to a student.
