Wisconsin SB 400
This bill requires each school board providing abstinence-only education to give parents or guardians notice of such education, including notice that the education does not teach student how to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, other than by remaining abstinent, and that a student may be excused from abstinence-only education without penalty.
