Oregon HB 2509

Would require that school districts provide medically accurate, comprehensive age-appropriate sex education, information on preventing sexually transmitted diseases.

Oregon HB 2599

Would amend existing safe schools law, which currently applies to bullying based on sexual orientation or gender identity, to prohibit specific additional types of bullying and harassment (continues to apply to bullying based on sexual orientation or gender identity).
