The Human Rights Campaign Portland and SW Washington Federal Club are having a fabulous Garden Party. The party is graciously being hosted by Kevin and Alex Bailey-Gilliam and Family at their lovely home.
Guest Speakers will be Marty Rouse, National Field Director of Human Rights Campaign and Representative Earl Blumenauer.
