Associate Director of Diversity
Donna Payne works closely with civil rights organizations and their leaders to increase visibility of the LGBT community within the religious and people of color communities. Senior Regional Field Organizer

Deputy Field Director
Jeremy Pittman joined the Human Rights Campaign in early 2007 as Deputy Field Director. Karin Quimby joined the Human Rights Campaign in February 2010 as Regional Field Director. Senior Regional Field Organizer
David A.C. Turley joined the Human Rights Campaign in October 2009. As a field organizer based in New York City, David is responsible for field and political activities in the Northeastern U.S. David helps develop and implement field strategies to pass federal, state and local priorities and works with local HRC volunteer leaders and coalition partners. Western Regional Field Director
Tony Wagner joined the Human Rights Campaign in May 2008. As a regional field director, Tony manages the field and political activities in the Great Plains and Western U.S. He supervises field organizers, develops and implements strategies to pass federal, state and local legisltion, and has managed the field efforts for national campaigns, including the repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell.
