HEI 2013 Nuts & Bolts Webinar Registration
The Healthcare Equality Index staff is offering a 60-minute HEI 2013 "Nuts & Bolts" webinar to familiarize HEI submitters with the details of completing the online survey. Wondering how to attach documentation of your policies, how to register staff for training, how to save your work in draft, how to see your pre-submission responses? This webinar will answer all these questions and more!
IMPORTANT: The Nuts & Bolts webinar does not cover LGBT patient-centered care and is not the free, expert training offered by HRC to meet the HEI 2013 training requirement. For more information on HRC's free, expert training and the 2013 training requirement, click here.
The HEI 2013 deadline is March 1, 2013. Don't have access to your survey yet? Hospitals can still enroll to participate.
