Faith in Action

Building for Marriage Equality One Day at a Time, One Month at a Time

Putting Faith Into Action is a one-of-a-kind curriculum designed to give religious leaders and clergy within congregations and other ministry settings tools to organize for marriage equality and LGBT justice generally. This is a well tested curriculum based on years of experience organizing faith communities. It will enable your congregation to become a leader in the vital work for marriage equality.

The resource is built on a modular framework and is very extensive. It is designed to be used in a wide variety of settings—from an evening town hall meeting to a full weekend retreat.

Part one of our curriculum lays the groundwork for effective advocacy through exercises that help participants to powerfully articulate their faithful call and their congregation's call to marriage equality.

Part two of our curriculum offers concrete examples of how clergy, faith leaders and congregations can make marriage equality a routine and evolving part of the entire congregation's ministry.
