Interested in participating in All Children - All Families? Licensed, accredited agencies, both public and private, and adoption exchanges are eligible. Get started today!
The steps to participating in the All Children – All Families (ACAF) initiative are outlined below. Click on the appropriate links to begin or continue this process on behalf of your agency.

Answer Self-Assessment Questions and Submit
Your agency will be provided with a unique username and password for the All Children - All Families online Agency Self-Assessment. Upon completing the assessment, your agency will be aded to the list of participating agencies. Agencies do not need to achieve all benchmarks before completing the assessment. -
Receive Phone Consultation with ACAF Advisory Council Member
Agencies that submit their online assessment receive individualized consultation with an ACAF Advisory Council member. -
Make Improvements
See our All Children - All Families Additional Resources, including a list of trainers and consultants, to improve your agency’s LGBT-related policies and practices. To remain on the list of participants, agencies must achieve benchmarks 1 to 4 within one year of their phone consultation. -
Achieve 10 Benchmarks & Receive a Seal
Earn the All Children - All Families Seal when your agency achieves these 10 benchmarks. - Increase Loving Families for Waiting Children
