Human Rights Campaign Unveils New Collaboration with Kenneth Cole

Washington - The Human Rights Campaign - the nation's largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) - civil rights organization is unveiling its latest collaboration with Kenneth Cole, a highly esteemed designer and longtime activist to raise awareness about the repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell."

The U.S. House of Representatives voted last month to repeal "Don't Ask, Don't Tell." This historic vote followed a successful vote in the Senate Armed Services Committee. The issue will now move to the full Senate floor sometime this summer. The Human Rights Campaign has launched a national campaign to organize veterans, generate media coverage and target key states that will be critical to repeal the discriminatory law.

The limited edition T-shirt will be sold at Kenneth Cole stores nationwide as well as Kennethcole.com and hrc.org. The shirt retails for $35.00 with 100% of net proceeds going to the AWEARNESS FUND and HRC. Constructed of a unique eco-friendly fabric and knitted imperfectly to create a vintage look, this t-shirt is available in unisex sizes XS-XXL in gray. It is the latest designer collaboration exclusively for HRC.
