NOM Tour Tracker: Maine report on the way; New Hampshire next

Some very interesting news is coming in from Augusta, Maine, today at NOM’s kickoff event in their month-long “Summer for Marriage: One Man, One Woman” tour across America. We’ll let Courage staffers Danny Segura and Robert Oliver tell you all about it.
Danny and Robert are working on their report of the event — including the counter-rally organized by Equality Maine and others — and will be uploading it soon along with photos and video from the event. Stay tuned!
Meanwhile, this just in from our friends at Freedom to Marry in New Hampshire:
The National Organization for Marriage (NOM) is coming to New Hampshire this week as part of a “Summer for Marriage Tour 2010″. Didn’t they hear the news?
- New Hampshire passed marriage equality in 2009
- New Hampshire soundly defeated a repeal bill in 2010
- New Hampshire communities sent a clear message this town meeting season that the Granite State opposes a vote to discriminate and instead supports equality
Can you help us make sure NOM gets the message this time?

Bring a sign or share one of ours as we remember and celebrate the great Live Free or Die tradition that has led New Hampshire to continue to support equality for all loving, committed same-sex couples.
