This morning, POLITICO reported the following:
NATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR MARRIAGE TO LOBBY: The National Organization for Marriage is registering to lobby for the first time. Brian Duggan will serve as its in-house lobbyist on family and religion issues, specifically working on "legislation affecting the defense of marriage act," according to the filing. He had previously been registered as an outside lobbyist, starting in January 2011.
