Dan Savage Invites NOM President to His Home

May 22, 2012, by Maureen McCarty

Today Dan Savage took to his podcast to extend an invitation to NOM President Brian Brown to share a meal and debate at Savage's home in Seattle, Washington. New York Times journalist Mark Oppenheimer would also attend as a moderator to "ensure its fair," according to Savage.

Savage challenges, "Bring the wife. My husband will be there. I will hire a video crew and we will videotape sort of an after-dinner debate. And the trick here is you have to acknowledge my humanity by accepting my hospitality, and I have to acknowledge yours by extending my hospitality to you."
