Marriage Movement in New York — Get Involved!
New York is on the path to embracing marriage equality. Together we have made over 77,000 phone calls and gathered over 5,500 letters and now we need your help to take this to the finish line.
BREAKING NEWS: Gov. David Paterson issued a proclamation on Nov. 5th calling the Legislature into a special session for Nov. 10th.
Take action today:
Step 1: Email your state senator by clicking here.
Step 2: Call your state senator. Visit http://www.nysenate.gov/senators to locate your state senator and ask him or her to support S. 4401, the marriage equality bill.
Step 3: Spread the word by posting to facebook, emailing your friends, colleagues, parents, etc, or tweeting about the need to get involved in the fight for marriage equality.
New York can secure marriage equality, but only if people like you continue to take action and encourage others to take action.
