Protects transgender students? Not Explicitly
No provision of Nevada state law explicitly addresses gender identity-based violence or other similar issues under the safe schools law. However, Nevada has anti-bullying, cyberbullying, intimidation and harassment provisions which generally apply to all students.  NEV. REV. STAT. ch 388 § 122-139 (2005/ 2010).
