With anticipated short- and long-term labor shortages, particularly among skilled workers, many employers are turning to associations and conferences for GLBT students and professionals. For example, graduate-level GLBT business students attend the Reaching Out MBA Conference each fall, with the conferences drawing hundreds of attendees, corporate sponsors and recruiters.
