Will the rating system and criteria stay the same?

The Corporate Equality Index 2011 survey and report will use the rating system we have used since the Corporate Equality Index 2006. However, the Corporate Equality Index 2012 survey and report, issued in calendar year 2011, will utilize a new set of criteria - Criteria 3.0.

We are committed to giving at least one year's notice for the rating system to change.

Will there be new questions on the next survey?

Yes, we anticipate new and/or modified questions on each year's survey, however those questions will generally not affect the rating provided and will be used for informational purposes only. Questions that affect your rating will generally have appeared on the survey before, and are all clearly marked within the survey instrument. You can find a copy of each year's survey in that year's report.
