No provision of Alaska state law explicitly addresses discrimination based on gender identity.

Sexual orientation protected? No
There is no statewide sexual orientation non-discrimination law in Alaska. However, on March 5, 2002, the governor signed an order prohibiting sexual orientation discrimination in state employment. Admin. Order No. 195 (2002).
