Would provide model policy bullying on bullying and harassment or intimidation, including behavior motivated by actual or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity.

Missouri SB 762

This bill would require school districts to adopt anti-bullying policies that apply to cyberbullying. The bill does not contain enumerated categories.
