Organizational Self-Assessment
A series of questions appear throughout the Promising Practices Guide to serve as a self-assessment of cultural competence of your agency or organization in working with GLBT-headed families. After you complete this confidential assessment, you may enter the data here. Dr. Gary Mallon of Hunter College School of Social Work will analyze your responses and provide you with one hour of consultation to discuss action steps to improve your agency’s practices.
We recommend that agencies first complete the organizational self-assessment in the printed version of the Promising Practices Guide, then enter data here when ready to submit all answers. Answers entered into this online organizational self-assessment cannot be saved and submitted at a later time.
