"It's a Family Affair" — celebrating gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender families — was the theme for the 2003 National Coming Out Project. The HRC Foundation offered resources to GLBT couples, parents and their children as well as straight friends and relatives to promote awareness of GLBT families living honest and open lives.
