Take Action: Healthcare Equality Index
The Healthcare Equality Index (HEI) is a joint project of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Family Project and the Gay and Lesbian Medical Association.Wherever people seek healthcare — be it in a hospital, nursing home or community clinic — they deserve equal treatment. Show your commitment to non-discrimination and creating a welcoming environment for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender individuals and their families. Help us spread the word about this project.
Take action by adding your name and address to the distribution list for future reports and surveys.
- Hospital Representatives: If you work at a hospital in the U.S. and are authorized to represent your employer and its policies, we will send you an invitation to participate in the survey either in the current or approaching year.
- All Others: In addition to your information, please send us the contact information for the appropriate agency representative(s) in the final text box below. We will make sure they receive an invitation to participate in the survey.
