Nicole Greenidge-Hoskins

Nicole Greenidge-Hoskins is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Human Rights Campaign. She advises both the Human Rights Campaign and the Human Rights Foundation and she will be secretary to their respective boards.
Over the course of her more than 25 year legal career, Nicole has had extensive in-house experience in non-profit entities and private corporations, as well as experience in government. Her career has included roles as general counsel to both Whitman-Walker Clinic and the DC Health and Hospitals Public Benefit Corporation. Most recently, Nicole has led the Mirixa Corporation compliance group and was Mirixa’s senior attorney advising on all regulatory matters.

Nicole has had a lifelong commitment to volunteerism, including with organizations that serve LGBTQ communities. As a young lawyer, she volunteered with Whitman Walker Clinic Legal Services providing pro bono legal services to individuals with HIV/AIDS; and more recently, Nicole was board chairperson of Baltimore’s Moveable Feast, an organization that provides nutritious meals to people affected with HIV/AIDS and other life threatening illnesses. Currently, Nicole is a volunteer advisor to HOPE, a Baltimore-based organization which assists ex-offenders with re-entry to civilian life.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Brown University and a Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Barbara Jordan Scholarship. Nicole is a member of the District of Columbia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia Corporate Counsel bars.
