HRC Story

The Human Rights Campaign represents a force of more than 1.5 million members and supporters nationwide. As the largest national lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender civil rights organization, HRC envisions an America where LGBT people are ensured of their basic equal rights, and can be open, honest and safe at home, at work and in the community.

Mid-Level Donor Program (Federal Club) Internship

The Human Rights Campaign Federal Club program is responsible for identifying, recruiting and stewarding donors who give ongoing gifts of $100 or more per month ($1,200 and $4,999 annually) to HRC. The Federal Club program has more than 5,000 memberships in 32 communities across the country. This group of members provides nearly 30% of the funds to support HRC’s important political and advocacy work.
