Where can I purchase tickets for a Her HRC event in my area?

Ticket and venue information is located at http://www.hrc.org/herhrc/. Select your city/state to see if a Her HRC event is being held in your area.

Are there physical tickets? Do I need to bring my confirmation email?

There are no physical tickets for the Her HRC events. Each event will have a will-call list at the door in order to gain entrance. You do not need to bring your confirmation email to the event.

Can I RSVP a space over email?

RSVP's cannot be accepted via email. Tickets must be purchased on the event's ticketing webpage.

Is the price of my ticket tax-deductible?

Tickets to Her HRC events include annual HRC membership and support the work of HRC and the HRCF, but are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions or business expenses under IRC §162(e).

This event is open to all genders and to all people – lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and straight. Come one, come all!

What is the suggested dress for the event?

"Casual chic."

Is the event 18+, 21+, etc?

The age restrictions for each event are listed on the ticketing webpage for the event in your city. These are determined by the various rules and regulations of host venues.

Does my venue permit smoking? Is their venue parking?

Please call the host business for venue-specific questions.

If the ticket module is closed – can I buy tickets over email?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer tickets or place names on the guest list via email. The closed ticket module will reflect whether there will be sales at the door. If so, we recommend you arrive early to guarantee your spot.

I registered for the event but did not include the names of my guest(s). What should I do?

If you are receiving this email it is too late to have them put on the guest list as standalone attendees. Please tell your guests that when they arrive to register under your name and arrive with you, if at all possible.

When should I arrive?

We can't stress enough the importance of arriving early enough to ensure your spot at the event. Starting times will vary event to event therefore arriving right when the doors open is highly recommended, if not earlier.

Please note there is a likelihood of on-site photography at these events. If you do not want your photograph taken please let a photographer or event organizer know.
