Transgender Patients: Organizational Best Practices
In response to numerous requests, HRC is delighted to offer HEI-participating organizations a free, 60-minute live webinar designed to familiarize interested employees with best organizational practices for providing knowledgeable, sensitive, welcoming care to transgender patients, who can often encounter confusion, discomfort, and even bias. Many attendees at the 90-minute Executive Briefing for managers want to explore transgender patients’ concerns more deeply, and this shorter webinar is designed to do just that.
Note: This webinar is available only to organizations that received HEI 2012 training credit or organizations that have registered the required number of senior managers for the 2013 Executive Briefing.
