Ways to Give
The Human Rights Campaign is an organization of people - a grassroots force of more than 750,000 individuals of every description, joined together in common purpose. Our strength is a direct reflection of the willingness of these Americans to become personally involved in the fight for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality.
Members are the foundation of HRC's strength, and there are a variety of membership options. Choose the level that best meets your needs and abilities. Every new and renewing member makes HRC and its programs stronger and more effective. Thank you!
General Membership
Support HRC as a general member with a gift of $35 or more annually. Benefits include four issues of HRC's quarterly political magazine, Equality, as well as complete access to a range of direct action, events information, and volunteer opportunities.

Renew your commitment to equality and stay part of our grassroots movement of over 750,000 members and supporters. Together we can effect real change for LGBT Americans.
HRC Partners
Support equality each month with contributions of $10 or more. A Partners membership is a great way to have a major annual impact with a modest monthly donation. In addition to the benefits of general membership, Partners members receive a special bookmark and an HRC lapel pin for joining the program.
HRC Federal Club
Join an extraordinary group of leaders whose generous support helps fund the critical work of the Human Rights Campaign. With an annual contribution of $1,200 to $4,999, your Federal Club membership provides HRC with the ability to respond quickly and effectively on important issues affecting LGBT Americans. Special benefits accompany this level of commitment.
HRC Federal Club Council
With an annual gift of $5,000 or more, HRC's major donors provide the leadership, vision and resources that are critical to our work and mission. As a major donor, you are invited to make gifts to HRC, the HRC political action committee and the HRC Foundation.
Gift Memberships
It's the perfect answer for holidays and birthdays. An HRC gift membership makes a real difference in the fight to end the discrimination faced by LGBT Americans. All HRC gift memberships of more than $35 include a cuddly Equality bear and a personalized gift card with your special note. Don't forget: a $50 gift membership also includes an HRC cap!
In Honor Of
Celebrating the wedding or commitment ceremony of a friend of family member? Why not make it special with a donation in their honor to support HRC's work. It's especially needed this year – a critical time for LGBT equality. Plus, each donation is acknowledged with a personalized card to the individual or couple – a reminder of how much you care about equality.
Student Memberships
Would you like to get your college organization more involved with the Human Rights Campaign? All student memberships of $35 include a subscription to Equality Magazine, HRC publications relevant to campus life, and HRC stickers. Additionally, there will be opportunities to connect with local HRC volunteers and the ability to sign up as many affiliate members as possible. These members will be signed up to receive the latest news about what HRC is up to both locally and nationally.
Memorial Gifts
Honoring a person's memory is a wonderful way to celebrate their life. Memorial gifts also help family members through a difficult time. You can preserve their legacies by having their names promote equality and the work of HRC. Upon making a memorial donation, a family representative will be notified of the contribution you made in their loved one's name.
